Welcome to Southland Log Homes of the Panhandle. We are Doug and Jackie Copenhaver, we have two children Douglas and Ashley. We reside with our children in the beautiful state of West Virginia.

We have been building custom homes for the past twenty five years. Approximately fifteen years ago we began excavating as well. Now we have become successful in both building and excavating. We also specialize in small commercial building, and also own a land development company.

Recently we have discovered the increase in demand for log homes. We are very skilled in all aspects of building and hope to make your dream home a reality.
